Unless otherwise agreed in writing, KAITSNET retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, and methodologies. Ownership and licensing of project-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable contract or proposal.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Except where required by law, services and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAITSNET will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of our website, software, or services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement as set out in the governing agreement. Outstanding fees for work completed remain payable on termination.
